There have been big changes down at the Port in the Bay of San Juan del Sur. One of them has been the arrival of the business Dockside a little over three months ago.
Today we sit down with Edward Balfour, the owner of Dockside, and a personal friend of ours.
Dockside is a multifaceted business; it’s a home and beach-ware store, as well as a restaurant. For tasty coffee with a view, or authentic fish and chips and a cocktail, this is a great choice. Edward hails from London, England so you can rest assured, these fish and chips are the real deal.
