Each residence is divided into 6 fractions, and each fraction is classified by letter and color. The annual distribution for the selection of guaranteed weeks is through 5 selection rounds for the reservation period of the following year. In the first and second selection rounds, each owner selects 2 weeks per round. Subsequently, there are 3 more rounds where they will select 1 week per round until completing their 7 guaranteed weeks.

To make the process completely equitable for the 6 owners, the first week of selection will be done in descending order, followed by the second week in ascending order, and so on until completing the week selection period. Similarly, each year, the positions rotate in a carousel fashion, with the intention of providing owners with equal opportunities for the selection of their guaranteed weeks.

The weeks start on Thursdays and end the following Thursday.
Check-in is only on Thursdays, with the entry time set at 4:00 PM.
Check-out time is at 12:00 PM if your departure is on Thursday.
