The sunsets from this place are picturesque, you can enjoy them from anywhere outside the house in the beautiful patio.

It is an ideal place for nature and adventure lovers, you can surf on the beach, go for a walk on a stretch of approximately 1000 meters of beach or just sunbathe.

The property is ideal for both personal use or rent as a rental . The house has a 2,500 litre water reserve tank. Annual HOA fees are $1200 and are paid forward to July 2022.  As well, there is a contract with WifiNic for free high speed internet because they have installed a small antenna on the land to feed signal to the valley below.  It’s a great perk!
