Villas de Palermo, is a resort community with 50 villas in total. Onsite extras include a restaurant, a community pool and excellent amenities.

The two-story Villa 47 has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a living room and kitchen with a formal dining room.  A bedroom with its bathroom, a covered terrace with a small shady patio are also on the ground level. In the second level is the other bedroom with lovely balcony and private bathroom.

This villa has one of the best views of the ocean for being located in the highest part of the development.

The proximity to the centre of San Juan del Sur is real advantage of Villas de Palermo. It is only a 5 to 10 minute drive to get to the town. Here you will find supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, restaurants, fresh fruit markets and more … In addition the hospital is also a short 5 minutes drive.
