Why? In the film, “A week in the life of a Realtor,” I (Joao) am your humble, leading man.

Real Estate keeps me busy. I am on the go every day. Calls, emails, texts, meetings, and lots of driving (sooo much driving). Week after week.

But, as you will see, the lifestyle of a Realtor in San Juan del Sur looks a little different than what you’d expect. There is a healthy work/life balance. That means a lot more beach time, a lot more board time, a lot more me time, and best of all, a lot more family time.

Isn’t that what we are all seeking?

This is what keeps me energized, and keeps me motivated. This lifestyle is in this beautiful place. I can’t recommend it enough.
