I've been actively looking for a land to set up a project in the SJDS area for almost 2 years now. I found a land 8 months ago and started the process. But I didn't go through an agency and unfortunately there were problems and I lost the land (fortunately no money was lost, but that's not the case for everyone). A few months later I went through Trinity to find another option. I decided to work with just one agency. Joao works with a small team and I started working with one of his agents and it was just perfect. After long discussions about what I was looking for and what I really wanted to avoid, I received several offers (bear in mind that not all offers can be found online). I was very determined to buy in a certain part of the city, but after a few exchanges I received offers for other places that I hadn't considered at first. And in the end... Bingo! I found the ideal property for my project and within a very good budget. The agent understood my needs perfectly and did not propose anything that would not be a perfect match (Size, budget, purpose,...)The sales process was perfect! Trinity is extremely available and reactive. I was kept informed of every step of the process day after day. In 3 months everything was done. Of course, your choice of lawyer also makes a difference! Be sure to find a lawyer who will do his job properly.I would recommend anyone looking for a property to contact Trinity. My experience was perfect from start to finish!Thanks for everything! I have to leave this negative feedback and warn anybody that trying to buy a real state in Nicaragua , as i did almost 4years ago go(lot28d in el encanto),,,to this days no title yet, and I haven’t truly seen Joao done anything about it, all i get is just run around from his lawyer, its very unfortunate for me , I trusted Joao n his company at the time, but i had to learn it hard way so please be careful where you are sending your money to, you may end up like me . I ve been sending over 100 emails to him n his lawyers begging for updates, but so far nothing !!!!

We had previously stayed at Balcones de Majagual, so we knew what a wonderful place it was before going down to explore some available lots with Joao. He helped us look at different options and guided us towards the best fit - he understood our needs and was ready to go the extra mile to show us how these could be met, for example demonstrating how the view from the lot could open up after cutting off a few branches (by this point we were no longer in the country, he showed it all to us by video).Joao was always super responsive and quick in providing all the necessary information and facilitating the closing while we were abroad. In fact I think sometimes we were a little slow to his taste in setting up the power of attorney and other bureaucratic requirements from abroad with our lawyer, but these things take time and it allowed us to feel at ease with the process: ultimately it all worked out very smoothly and we couldn't be happier to join this lovely community. I have been looking for property in Nicaragua for sometime now. Being a foreigner without knowing anyone local it's not an easy task. I took my time for research land and also different realtors before making my decision. I am glad I met Joao and Trinity Real Estate.
