There are a lot of new businesses here in San Juan del Sur that have caught the eye (and the stomachs!) of the team at Trinity as of late. A much more diverse offering than we’ve seen before. New restaurants, bars, clothing stores, and services. It is great to see our town growing and diversifying.

Rocky’s Donuts
It’s nearly impossible to pass by Rocky’s donuts and not end up eating one. That is if you are early enough- these treats are in demand and can be gone by noon. We particularly like the Fruit Pebbles flavor. Rocky’s is a welcome addition to SJDS.
The Hip
A family-style restaurant in SJDS. The Hip has a large selection of shareable meals, cocktails & specialties. There is also a wide selection of incredible desserts! Enjoy live music, and karaoke, or catch a game on one of the big screens!
Move Viva Fitness
Move Viva Fitness is an air-conditioned boutique gym located in the heart of San Juan del Sur, near the central park and directly under Zen Yoga studio. They offer open gym time, private group classes, and also personal training for one or with partners.
Freebird Salon
Run by Jenique Burgos this is the place to get your hair done. A professional Hairstylist & Colorist, Jenique brings New York 🍎 and Miami 🌴 flair to Nicaragua. One of the most beloved new businesses in SJDS!
Sansiba
Sansiba says they offer “Insanely good Anatolian and European food.” We have to agree. From shwarmas to classic bavarian dishes, this is a great spot for dinner. They also offer delivery!
We Stay Lost
WE STAY LOST puts together custom adventures in Nicaragua, that will take you on a path you won’t soon forget. Now one of SJDS favourite businesses has opened a flagship retail shop in San Juan del Sur, so stop by and see for yourself.
Dale Pues
While Dale Pues has been around for a bit, they’ve moved! Just wait till you see this breezy beautiful garden space. You’ll forget you are even in SJDS as you sit down to a delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Sauced Pizza
From the team behind Sauced Pizza comes another tranquil space right in SJDS. And, this one comes with a wood oven pizza! And some very tasty strawberry daiquiris (so we hear).
