Marc Krop, the newest member of the Trinity Real Estate team in San Juan del Sur. With over a decade of experience in property transactions, construction, design, and rentals, Marc brings unparalleled expertise to our clients.
Originally from the Netherlands, Marc moved to Nicaragua in 2004 with his wife Marielle, to embrace a life of adventure and sunshine. Together, they successfully built and managed an eco-lodge at Playa Maderas for 12 years, hosting guests from around the globe while raising their two sons, Jack and Cooper.
After selling their lodge, Marc transitioned his passion for real estate into a full-time career. His deep understanding of Nicaragua’s real estate market, coupled with his multilingual skills (fluent in Dutch, English, Spanish, French, and German), ensures that clients receive exceptional service tailored to their needs.
When he’s not helping clients buy, sell, or invest in properties, Marc enjoys surfing, exploring the outdoors, and traveling with his family.
